Partners 4 Success

Partners 4 Success is a 12 week employment training program for individuals who struggle to obtain and/or maintain gainful work.  The program teaches professional skills and tools necessary to land the desired job wanted!  At the same time, participants build a strong foundation of personal skills that are essential for employment to be successful.

During the application and intake process prior to a scheduled class, SAEC staff works individually with applicants to assess educational and other needs to create a plan for the class.  Strategies for transportation, childcare and other roadblocks are also discussed so that attendance in the program is not limited by these factors.
